DESCRIPTION

Application:
Used in the paper and pulp industry for breaking waste paper and wet-strength paper. This equipment is fitted with P.S. Vokes rotor,
which can strengthen the hydraulic cycle and fiber defiberizing and also perform continuous breaking with lower energy consumption.

The rotor deviates from the center of the trough body and the trough body structure is D-shape, which can make the contact between pulp and rotor quicker, with higher frequency. Thereby, on the condition of not increasing power and volume, capacity can be increased. The rotor and extraction disc are above the bottom plane of the trough body, thus, one low-pressure flow area can form around the rotor to gather heavy impurities, thereby the service life of rotor and extraction plate can be extended.
