HUATAO MDF Refiner Plate Advantages compared with Andritz:
1.Similar lifetime but price is much more competitive.
2.The Chemical composition Cr is similar as 29% that is more durable with hardness HRC63.

For Example, one customer use the 54” refiner plate with Andritz Refiner model 50/54-1CP.
Refiner zone is only 50” and he asked the stator thickness must be 30mm. Customer sent the samples to us by Express. Once we received samples then engineer measured all sizes and make drawing for him. Finally drawing approved,customer placed this order.

Finally please check grinding degree type 1 or 2 you prefer?

Type1: Grinding 2 to 2.5 degree feeding angle
Capacity more but the material feeds to fine refining zone directly. Once sand or stone here, this segment will be broken easily, which will much shorten the segment lifetime.

Type2: Flat without feeding angle
Relatively small capacity but the fiber quality will be very even and better. Segment lifetime will be much more.
