Why does the paper lose shed or powder?

Reason:
1. The beating degree of fiber raw materials is low, which makes the fiber binding force poor;
2. There are a lot of fillers and fine fibers in the raw paper edge, but no appropriate technological measures have been taken during the beating process;
3. The paper sheet is unevenly made, and the vacuum of the suction box is too high;
4. The wet paper is not pressed tightly enough, and the paper is too dry after drying;
5. The beating process is unreasonable, the fiber cutting is too heavy, and there are many fine fibers.

Solution:
1. In terms of the beating process, it is necessary to properly increase the beating degree without affecting the absorption performance of the paper. If the wet weight is too low and there are many fine fibers, the beating process should be adjusted;
2. In the process of copying, the paper sheet structure should be uniform. The paper should be prevented from drying quickly when drying, and it should not be too dry. Better, the scraper is aligned tightly, the surface of the cylinder is cleaned, the surface of the paper is smooth, and the shedding of hair and powder is reduced.
