From refining, the plant fibers are broomed and swollen, and the specific surface area of the fibers is increased, which is beneficial to the forming of paper sheets during sheet making. It can be said that the pulp refining is very important, and as the main equipment of refining, the double disc refiner plays an important role. 1.Composition of Double Disc Refiner
The double disc refiner consists of refining chamber, transmission mechanism, base support, and an electric motor, etc.
Stator, fixed on the housing, refiner plate can be replaced;
Rotor, is connected with the main transmission shaft, and the replaceable refiner plate is fixed on it. The refiner plates is the main component for slurry beating.
2.Installation of Double Disc Refiner
1)After the equipment arrived, firstly check the appearance of the refiner to see if there is any damage, deformation, etc.,
And check whether the accessories are complete and intact item by item according to the packing list. If there are any problems, contact the manufacturer in time.
2)Check whether the size, flatness and reserved hole size of the refiner installation foundation are consistent with the drawings, and clean the installation site to prepare for installation.
3)Use a driving or other hoisting equipment to lift the base of the refiner to the installation;
Measure the position, then level and align, determine the position of the anchor bolts, and calibrate it.
After secondary grouting, the longitudinal horizontal deviation of the upper plane of the base is required to be ≤ 0. 10 mm/m, The lateral horizontal deviation is ≤ 0. 20 mm/m. During the regimen period, the regimen should be maintained as required.
4)Install the refiner and motor, use the main shaft to further adjust the longitudinal horizontal deviation, and use the flange surface of the pulp outlet to adjust the lateral deviation. The coaxiality between the two couplings is controlled at 0.20mm, and the gap between the two couplings should be consistent, without offset or tilt, etc., to avoid large vibration during equipment operation.
5)After installation, check and confirm that everything is correct, clean up the site, and prepare for the test running.
Test running steps:
1)Check whether all lubricating parts are in good condition;
2)Check whether all fasteners are loose, especially the bolts that fix the refiner rotor and stator;
3)Connect the power supply according to the instructions;
4)Remove the cutter disc, and then start the motor.
5)After the machine runs normally, start feeding the pulp, and then slowly pressurize the cutter to refine the pulp;
6)Pay attention to the change of current during refining. For example: The pressure current of the ZDP450 type pulping machine: Y315M-6, 90kW motor shall not be greater than 160A.
After the test running is completed, it is delivered to be used smoothly.
