Useful tips to use and maintenance of vacuum roller

* Before production, the inner wall of the roller body and the vacuum chamber suction port sealing strip must be run-in during idling. The running-in method is to open the water spray pipe in the roller first, make the roller run with air, and pass 0.4KG (0.4Mpa) compressed air into the rubber tire of the sealing strip to make the sealing strip press against the inner wall of the roller body. After running for a certain period of time, check the fit between the sealing strip and the inner wall. Only when the fit is good can the vacuum degree of the vacuum pressing roller be guaranteed. When adjusting the door width, compressed air must be passed in before it can be carried out.

* Production can only be carried out after the idling operation is normal, the pulp, water, electricity and gas supply are normal, and all parts are cleaned, oiled, inspected and other preparations before starting production are completed.

* Check whether the vacuum gauge and pressure gauge are in good condition and whether the pointer points to the zero position.
 

* Check the vacuum degree frequently during use. If the vacuum degree suddenly drops due to reasons other than the vacuum system, stop the machine and check the core. The sealing water and sealing strips must be replaced in time after wear.

* When pulling out the vacuum box, select a rotary vacuum box so that it is perpendicular to the ground in the roller body, and then pull out the vacuum box.

* Clean frequently to keep it clean and the roller surface unobstructed.
* Check the bearings once a day, clean and change the oil once a year.
* Check the pressure gauge frequently to find out whether the inner tube has air leakage or water leakage in time.
* The following lubricating oils and greases are recommended for the lubricating parts of this product
