The Fully Automatic Surface Coiling And Slitting Machine is capable of high-speed slitting, with a maximum speed of 400 m/min. The machine is suitable for slitting big jumbo roll materials, such as paper, double adhesive paper, strawpaper, copper baordpaper, white board, aluminum foil, PVC and plastic film, etc. The machine is widely apply to paper products processing industry, printing and packaging industry.

Performances and Features:

1. The machine adopt PLC system to control the cutting length with auto counting and alarming stop function.

2. Unwinder adopts auto loading system and equipped with web guiding system.

3. Rewinding part is controlled by servo motor.

4. Machine comes with slitting function (blade/circular knife) and equipped with trim reject fan to remove the slit edge of web.

5. The machine is suitable for slitting small web width withmost smooth edge, it’s an ideal machine for slitting small width material.
